As a commercial project management, you take over the economic management and responsibility of demanding large-scale projects in specialized deep construction in conjunction with our group units of engineering and/or tunnel construction – from the supply phase to the project conclusion. They are the central commercial interface between technical project teams, internal departments and external partners and clients. They are entrepreneurs: on-site and thus receive a responsible key position with a great scope for design and high self-responsibility Exciting, complex large-scale projects with high visibility and relevance Total commercial responsibility for complex large-scale projects, including budgeting, controlling and cost monitoring Contract management (VOB/B, BGB), including negotiation and implementation in close coordination with the technical project management Management of commercial project execution within ARGEN: coordination of responsibilities, cost sharing, settlements and contract management Project-related risk management, ongoing reporting and forecasts for management Leadership and further development of the commercial project team Creation and maintenance of work calculations, target-actual comparisons and cash flow plans Support in the selection and commissioning of subcontractors and audit and clearance of invoices Organisation, implementation and documentation of contract and follow-up negotiations Application and evaluation of project-related data in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, RIB iTWO) Close cooperation with internal central areas such as purchasing, controlling and law as well as with builders, authorities and partner companies

Graduate degree in Business Administration, Economic Engineering or a comparable discipline (Diplom, Bachelor, Master) Multiannual experience in the commercial management of construction projects, ideally for large projects in construction or plant construction, also in the context of ARGEN Knowledge of contract and follow-up management and project controlling knowledge of German language; English knowledge of advantage Entrepreneurial thinking, high self-responsibility and strong communication skills Structured, solution-oriented operation and sovereign appearance towards internal and external partners
