First contact person at the telephone center and relaying incoming calls Reception and support of external visitors and internal information sharing Organisation of hosting for internal and external events Processing of the mailing and mailing output as well as contact person for external delivery services Scanning and verifying invoices and administration of office material Organisation and administration of the company car fleet Support in the planning and control of projects, e.g. corporate events Contact person for trainees in the field of office management
