You develop and manage the strategic orientation of our ranges in the field of operational safety. You analyse markets, customer needs and competition, leading strategic growth areas and clear priorities. You are responsible for decisions within your range in close coordination with management and relevant interfaces. Together with marketing and sales, you bring the strategy to the streets – with the aim of making range and market success measurable. You shape our assortment in combination with suppliers and partners – the focus is primarily on intelligent portfolio and market orientation, less on classic own development. You evaluate product lines and portfolios from an economic point of view and meet sound strategic decisions – e.g. in terms of the expansion of own brands and global sources of procurement. You work closely with operating product management, purchasing, and other interfaces that will structure and efficiently implement your product and assortment strategies. You act as a savings partner for management and executives in strategic issues around assortment and market. ψ

Multi-annual experience in strategic product management – ideally in the B2B environment – characterizes your background. Embossed strategic and entrepreneurial thinking is one of your strengths, as well as a clear look for market, customer needs and results. You have a strong will to design, decision-making and the need to actively advance things. The collaboration with marketing, sales and external partners will help you shape your business and focus. It is easy for you to formulate strategies and measures clearly and to win others. Analytical strength is combined with pragmatism and a clear implementation orientation.
