Building the Integrated Project Team (IPT) Structure in the Construction Programs Organisation of IPTs with departments in different levels and project life cycles Moderation and documentation of IPTs in different levels and project life cycles Coordination of all relevant activities of the IPT to achieve cost, quality and time targets and escalation in case of deviations to the next level of the IPT structure Controlling IPT progress in central IPT reporting

Completed studies in economics, industrial engineering or a related field as well as desirable multiannual professional experience in project management Very good English knowledge in word and writing as well as safe handling of popular MS Office applications and SAP Consultancy competence, communication strength and persuasiveness in dealing with the responsible stakeholders as well as combination of technical and commercial understanding as well as distinct interface competence High analytical skills, affinity for data and structured, solution-oriented working and entrepreneurial thinking Moderation skills and joy in team work, including employee motivation and coordination
