As Project Manager Drohnensysteme (m/w/d), you are responsible for supporting the program management in the processing of national and international contracts in the product sector. Your further tasks: Creation of a detailed project plan, including timetables (Milestones), budget calculations and resource allocation (personal, material, etc.) Identification, analysis and assessment of potential risks and development of mitigation strategies Leadership, motivation and coordination of the interdisciplinary project team Ensuring a transparent flow of information between all project participants (internal and external) Monitoring project activities to ensure compliance with quality standards Management and documentation of scope changes Regular monitoring of the project progress and comparison with the project plan Detection and analysis of project KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and derivation of control measures Creation and presentation of regular status reports and management tools

Successfully completed studies in the field of project management, business management or comparable vocational training First professional experience in project management MS Office knowledge German and English knowledge in word and writing Logical thinking, targeted, independent and systematic working, and very good organizational skills (m/w/d) Business Intelligence
