At Vodafone Business Technology Services in the New Technology Team, we are pursuing the goal of integrating new business products in the areas of SD-WAN (Vmware, Fortinet, Meraki), Cloud/UCC (RingCentral, Microsoft Azure, Sovereign Cloud), Security (Lookout, Trendmicro, Microsoft) and various other Beyond Connectivity areas into technical service support.

What awaits you:

• As part of Business Product Development Projects in Cloud, Microsoft and Unified Communications (UC), you will be the subproject leader of the Operating Model for Service Support.
• The focus is on defining the Managed Service Catalogue for Cloud and UC products and building the processes for this as a process manager.
• In addition, you identify potential professional services for these products and support the performance descriptions of these services.
• As an expert you analyze, evaluate and control national and international project requirements for the operation of these products.
• You take over the escalation management at AL and BL level, develop solution concepts and prepare decision-making templates for the operability of the solutions and develop solutions and alternatives for AL and HAL level.

What distinguishes you:

• Complete business or technical studies
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the IT or telecommunications sector
• Good knowledge of cloud technologies - especially in Microsoft Azure
• Microsoft certificates would be advantageous (e.g. AZ900, AZ104,...)
• Experience as project manager:in would be beneficial
• Language and English language skills (C1 to GER)

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
