Ruhrpumpe GmbH develops, produces and delivers with currently approx. 300 employees for over 60 years of high-quality centrifugal pump units for process and pipeline applications in the chemical and petrochemical industry. In addition, special pump solutions are implemented in the water and wastewater sector and for the energy industry. The Ruhr pump group operates worldwide with over 2,000 employees at eight production sites.

At our location in Witten we are looking for you at the next possible time – fixed for 12 months – as

HR Specialist (m/w/d) independent processing of all personal administrative processes – from entry to exit Creation of work contracts, certificates and certificates Maintenance and management of personnel files and personnel master files in the HR system Care and administration of time recording Preparation and support in the implementation of monthly wage and salary bills in cooperation with our external service provider Care and advice of employees in all personal questions Support for HR projects and the further development of internal processes

Closed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessmanwife, personnel service businessmanwife, merchant*wife for office management with focus on staff or comparable) First professional experience desirable Multiannual professional experience in staff management or wage billing of advantage Good knowledge of labour, wage and social security law Secure handling of MS Office; ideally first experiences with HR systems (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors, PAISY, ATOSS) Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
