We are looking for a dedicated customer service (m/w/d) in the field of telecommunications for our team in Erlangen. In this role, you are the first contact person for our customers and help solve their concerns quickly and effectively. If you have a passion for customer service and are happy to work in a dynamic environment, we look forward to your application.

Your tasks:

• Processing of customer requests by phone, email or chat
• Customer support in technical problems and questions about our products
• Documentation of interactions with customers in the system
• Cooperation with other departments to solve complex enquiries
• Updating knowledge databases with new information

Your qualification:

• Complete vocational training or comparable qualification
• Experience in customer service or in a similar position is desirable
• Good communication skills in word and writing
• Technical understanding and interest in telecommunication products
• Teamability and high service orientation
