Customer Advisor Insurance Private & Commercial (m/f/d)

For a prestigious insurance company, we are looking for an insurance consultant (m/w/d), who fully supports customers and develops tailor-made insurance concepts. This role is about real customer proximity, trust and long-term partnerships instead of standard solutions and one-size-fits-all.

You represent corporate and private customers in the interior services around their insurance contracts With your know-how you are the first contact point for private & commercial property, liability and accident topics You take offer and customer requests independently and accompany new contracts and stock management You support internal customer supporters and direct customers – personally, by telephone and in writing You are responsible for the complete processing of contract: administration, documentation and data management of a firm customer base

Insurance commercial training or a comparable qualification

2-3 years of professional experience in private and commercial insurance

Great team spirit and self-employment

Very good German knowledge
