For our personnel department in our headquarters in Duisburg we are looking for you to complement our dynamic and dedicated team.

You perform the following tasks after individual incorporation:

Self-preparation and implementation of monthly pay bills along with time recording and travel costs audit Processing of pension contracts and general correspondence including Certification Creation of work contracts and certificates as well as maintenance of personnel master files and files Contact person for employees and executives with billing-related questions Compilation of evaluations and reports Active participation of our staff projects Support in the further development of our personal processes

You want to support us in the care of our employees and ideally bring the following:

Successfully completed commercial training At least 3 years of professional experience in the independent implementation of the pay bill Good knowledge of labour, tax and social security law Interest to continuously develop the personnel area together with the team and actively introduce ideas High reliability and discretion as well as service and service orientation Safe handling of MS Office products and ideally with DATEV Lodas
