As Product Manager Integration (m/w/d), you take responsibility for one of the most important levers of our growth: The fast, scalable and standardized connection of new customers: inside our collection platform. Your focus is on building sustainable product, process and cooperation structures. In close cooperation with our Product Experience Team for Integration & Onboarding, as well as with technology and operations teams, you develop features and processes that make integrations more efficient, reusable and scalable. So you have synergies and create the basis for far-reaching automation. Your responsibility: Own the Vision: You develop vision, strategy, and roadmap for technical customer integration and the standardized mapping of new requirements on our collection platform – consistent with scalability and product value. Drive Discovery: You understand the needs of internal and external customers:inside, evaluate business potentials and derive sound product decisions and priorities. Connect Teams & Create Shared Ownership: You bring together different teams, stakeholders and perspectives, establish efficient cooperation models, create acceptance and joint responsibility for product decisions. Drive Standardization: Together with your team, you translate technical requirements into scalable product solutions and develop standardized components, templates and configuration solutions. You establish tailored standards (interfaces, data models, processes) and ensure that You are consistently applied by customer managers.

Qualifications That's what you bring: Multiannual experience (3+ years) in product management with detectable successes in the development and scaling of digital products or platforms. A distinctive product set with experience in product strategy, discovery, prioritization and the definition and use of success indicators. High technical affinity and practical experience in the productive use of artificial intelligence to support product development or work processes. Flowing German and English skills (at least C1) as well as excellent communication skills in an international environment. Experience in managing cross-functional teams without disciplinary responsibility, aligning different stakeholders and successfully accompanying changes in organisations. Joy in structuring complex relationships and building sustainable standards, processes and documentation. Experiences in the debt collection, finance or a comparable regulated environment are advantageous. .
