Facility Management Engineer - PUSD (m/f/d)

Service Provider Management: Manage the selection, tendering, and implementation of Facility Management service providers. Lead contract in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and procurement teams. Manage and monitor service contracts throughout their lifecycle. Track service provider performance using defined KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Conduct regular performance reviews and coordination meetings with service providers. Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of service-related issues. Facility Management Operations: Oversee and coordinate facility-related services, including: Cleaning, Catering, Landscaping and gardening services. Waste and Parking as well as Office space and meeting room management Ensure smooth daily and a high level of workplace satisfaction. Technical Coordination: Maintain a solid understanding of building infrastructure and technical systems. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders Support the operation and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, water, and building automation systems. Process Development: Support the establishment and continuous improvement of facility management processes and service structures. Contribute to the development of service standards, performance monitoring, and operational best practices. Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and user experience.

Degree in Facility Management, Building Services Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in Facility Management or a similar environment Experience managing external service providers and service contracts Experience in office building and workplace services Technical understanding of building systems, search as HVAC, electrical, water, or building automation systems Fluent German and English skills Location: Berlin, Germany.
