Your IMPACT: As a member of the Global Legal Department, you support management and departments in all legal issues – in particular in connection with customer, supplier and partner contracts You advise our sales teams, Tender teams and other specialist departments in the B2B environment You create, examine and negotiate purchase, service and work contracts, including in the context of complex construction projects and public tenders, as well as contracts from IT and software law You ensure compliance with relevant legal areas, including competition and antitrust law, export/import, data protection and further compliance You evaluate complex facts independently and develop pragmatic, economically viable solutions in interaction with Sales and Finance You represent Schneider Electric in all legal matters internally and externally and conduct independent negotiations with external parties You accompany and coordinate disputes, court and arbitration proceedings in cooperation with external lawyers and internal specialist departments Through training on relevant legal issues, you strengthen legal and compliance awareness in the company

Your profile: Senior Consultant (m/d) Excellent knowledge in contract and sales law (B2B) as well as excellent knowledge in procurement law, VOB/B, antitrust and competition law Knowledge of IT and software law, as well as anti-corruption and product liability are advantageous Multiannual (min. 5 years) relevant professional experience – ideally in an internationally active company Good knowledge of industry, its structures and requirements Representative communication and negotiation skills, combined with an independent and responsible way of working Very good understanding of economic relationships and a high degree of entrepreneurial and ethical action German and English skills Team spirit, optimism, deed and willingness to occasionally travel
