Do you not want to book documents every day, but take responsibility for payment, liquidity and commercial processes? For our office in Kaiserslautern, we are looking for a reliable personality that coordinates our financial and administration processes in the daily business and develops them together with our headquarters. You work independently on site, but at the same time you are part of an international team. The responsibility for the daily treasury activities, including the implementation of payments, the use of bank platforms, the monitoring of liquidity position and the support for bank voting. The accounting and tracking of payment inputs are coordinated and ensure the correct collection of invoices in the company's accounting system in cooperation with the HQ and external partners. Working with external consultants (e.g. wage billing service providers) to ensure that administrative and local compliance activities are carried out on time and to provide the necessary data and documentation. Contribute to the growth of the branch by opting for processes, checklists, deadlines and internal controls, using your organizational skills and digital tools.

A proactive, pragmatic personality with a well-founded experience in the administrative field and has already had touch points with the following topics: treasury/cash management activities (banking platforms, payment processing), accounting support (voice, accounting) and daily operational tasks (payments, accounting, supplier management). You feel safe in dealing with treasury issues, such as the implementation of payments, the use of bank platforms and cash management. Organized, reliable and detailed work, consistently pursue goals and maintains tasks structured. Not a “classical accountant” but a pragmatic, entrepreneurial thinking and trading, with a strong sense of responsibility and a healthy sense of human being Good English speaks and... maybe other languages?
