Product Owner - Jira / Service Management / ITSM (m/f/d)

You are continuously responsible and developing our service management platform (in particular Jira Service Management) to enable efficient control of our service and ticket processes You secure a stable and scalable operation and work closely with internal and external partners You configure and develop the platform functionality - such as workflows, automations, reporting and integration You support departments to efficiently map their service processes You continuously analyze usage behavior, new functions and market trends around service management tools and evaluate their application possibilities You identify optimization potentials and develop solutions for automation of service processes

You bring at least 2 years of professional experience as Technical Product Owner (m/w/d) You have a successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable degree course – alternatively a comparable qualification You bring experience with service management or ticket platforms, ideally with Jira Service Management You have fun in designing platforms and digitally mapping processes, for example through workflows and automations You have a good understanding of IT systems, interfaces and platform architectures Ideally, you have experience with cloud services, API integrations or automation options of modern platform tools You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and are delighted to transfer complex requirements into stable and simple technical solutions You work successfully with specialist areas, service teams and IT partners:inside, thanks to your strong communicative skills You have very good German knowledge (min. C1) as well as good English knowledge in word and writing
