The municipality of Weyhe is just a few kilometres from the gates of Bremen – and yet in the middle of the green. No wonder that Weyhe is the municipality with the highest population density in the district Diepholz – with increasing tendency. The department of municipal development and the environment is composed of the three qualified and dedicated teams of urban construction and construction planning, construction management, green planning and the environment with currently a total of 20 employees including three team coordinations. This is an unlimited full-time job with 40 or 39 hours per week. The place is part-time. The place is - depending on the qualification - up to max. grade A 15 NBesG In the employment relationship, TVöD is grouped into a comparable pay group, subject to a corresponding assessment of the job.

a successfully completed study of urban planning, spatial planning or architecture with a focus on urban planning or spatial planning; or capability for setting in the second entry office of the category 2 of the technical or general services; or Compensation for an adjustment to the first entry office of the category 2 of the technical or general services and the willingness to complete the qualification procedure for the transfer of an office of the grade A 14 NBesG many years of professional experience in public administration - preferably in construction administration and accordingly well-founded expertise in construction and planning law multiannual management - also in comparable positions - combined with an empathic and value-assuring leadership style and proof of appropriate management qualifications high social competence, above-average commitment and strong sense of responsibility strong argumentation and enforcement ability as well as negotiation skills Creativity and an independent and result-oriented way of working Methodology competence and a safe occurrence in dealing with residents, administration and politics are assumed pronounced conceptual and analytical skills Willingness to attend meetings outside regular working hours General information: In the case of essentially the same professional and personal suitability, seriously handicapped persons have priority.
