Tax clerk - IT support / law firm software (m/f/d)

You help our customers: quickly, empathically and solution-oriented, by phone, e-mail and platform, whenever others don't know, and so trust You go to technical and technical questions, analyze the causes and develop targeted solutions You build sustainable relationships with our law firms and stay in regular exchange – reliable and comprehensible You collect customer feedback, recognize patterns and actively introduce suggestions for improvement in the further development of our software You'll start helpful instructions, fill our FAQ database and actively shape training and info materials You take responsibility and visit law firms personally, if necessary – for training, workshops or for clarifying individual concerns

You have a completed training, e.g. as a tax specialist:r or in the commercial sector, and brings at least two years of relevant professional experience – ideally in the office environment or in customer support. You have a well-founded knowledge of accounting and tax law in order to answer the requests of our customers professionally. Your strength lies in communication: you are service-oriented, empathic and can bring complex topics to the point both in writing and oral. You work independently, structured and do not lose the overview of your priorities even in turbulent phases. You are ready to occasionally travel to our customers: to support them locally. German language skills (C2) in word and writing complete your profile.

30 + 2 days holiday: 30 days are standard with us. In addition, on Rosenmontag there is one and 0.5 days on Christmas and New Year's Eve.
