Lean Manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsible for the introduction of the Lean principles Supporting production teams in continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, reducing waste and increasing productivity, quality and plant availability Optimization of production processes by means of value flow analyses, SPC, identification of bottlenecks and waste Implementation of Lean Projects Construction and maintenance of a benchmarking system for performance assessment of production (OEE, FPY, DLZ, ...) Presentation and establishment of CVP and Methodology Competence with Training and Coaching Close cooperation with production, logistics, quality assurance, work preparation, planning, development and engineering Ensuring sustainable and standardized use of Lean methods

Successfully completed studies (Bachelor, Master or Diploma) in the field of production technology, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics or precision engineering Professional experience in production-related environments and well-founded knowledge in lean manufacturing, CVP and problem-solving methods Found experience in manufacturing optimization Experience in project management Safe handling of production indicators Found experience with ERP systems Self-employed, structured and targeted Impressed analytical and conceptual skills, problem-solving competence and hands-on mentality Communicative, reliable and team-capable personality Ability to take and motivate employees at all levels Safe occurrence, eagerness to decide, enforcing and enthusiasm
