IT Administrator - Windows / Linux / Cloud (m/f/d)

You manage and maintain our server landscape, which is mainly based on Linux and Windows, and ensure the smooth functioning of the associated databases. You support the support and development of our cloud infrastructure to ensure the scalability and availability of our services. As a central point of contact for your work and prioritize technical inquiries about our ticket system and ensure quick solutions. You configure and manage our internal and external network infrastructures and ensure stable and secure connectivity. With the help of our network management system and protocols like SNMP, you proactively monitor system health and promptly initiate measures in case of malfunctions.

You have completed your studies or completed training in the field of technical informatics or a comparable qualification You have at least 3 years of experience with the administration of Windows and Linux servers and databases You have knowledge of SNMP, network management system and web application/mail server You work structured, solve tricky problems and keep track of multiple enquiries For the exchange in the team and with the users, you have reliable German language skills at C1 level
