Utilisation of objects after expiry of the contract, termination without notice due to late payment or insolvency commissioning of suitable external service providers to ensure or Monitoring of object return/delivery and compliance with customer return agreements assignment of external value assessments for the purpose of forwarding to potential buyers or for determining the current breakdown and/or continuation values. Alternative determination of the market value using evaluation tools or existing dies Assessment of marketing opportunities as well as independent negotiation with potential buyers based on market values and sale to most providers Granting of object releases as well as creation of retrieval powers First contact (internal and external) for the assigned engagements

Complete technical and/or commercial vocational training Experience in real estate use of mobile assets Asset and market knowledge in the following segments: production machines, transport, construction, agriculture and lifting and industrial goods Negotiating skills and enforcing skills as well as strong communication Experience in accounting and payment tracking Good MS Office knowledge
