As a supporter:in you are the central point of contact for users:inside, you can ensure that editorial and production systems work reliably. In the day-to-day business, you support technical issues and contribute to a stable and efficient implementation of production processes. Takeover of the 1st level support of media production for editorial and production systems (including Dalet Galaxy, Adobe Premiere Pro, Helmut4) including acceptance, collection and follow-up of support requests as well as ticket creation and launch of atypical measures Interface between editors/users:inside and 2nd level support for efficient clarification of technical issues Supporting editorial staff in cross-media work, especially when using tools in video editing Maintenance of the technical equipment in the production areas (e.g. cutting places, mixing consoles and other infrastructure) Material supply for production processes Training for users:inside to systems and workflows Analysis and support in optimizing production processes in networked system landscapes Support for updates, bug analyses, system tests and commissioning Work on video editing projects

Completioned training as a media designer (w/m/d) Image and sound, cutter or comparable media training with several years of experience in crossmedia production Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and connected production processes in A/V processing Experience in handling production management systems as well as material and storage management Experience in technical support of systems Quick conception for complex technical relationships Structured, independent and conscientious operation Teamability and strong communication strength Ready to change times even on weekends and holidays
