Outbound Team Leader (m/f/d)

Your Team Leadership & Motivation: You lead and develop your team (approximately 15 employees) and motivate them daily for best sales. Campaign control: You are responsible for operating and controlling up to two Freenet projects. Performance Management: You monitor the quantitative and qualitative goals and make sure that campaign targets are met. Coaching & Development: You identify individual training needs and accompany your employees through targeted coaching talks and workshops. Quality Assurance: You’ll set up practical discussions and support your team through regular feedback talks to optimize sales talks. Staff talks: You conduct structured feedback, target agreement, development and personnel talks. Organiser: You take over the general organization of your area and work closely with the project management

Experience: You have well-founded professional experience in a comparable leadership position, ideally in the field of communication or customer service. Management competence: You already have experience in employee management or bring the strong potential to successfully lead and inspire a team. Sales DNA: You are strong, sales-oriented and have a sense of dynamics in the outbound area. Communication strength: You are a communication talent, which also acts sovereign, empathic and powerful in difficult situations. Organizational talent: You work structured, stay flexible even with high impacts and always keep your goals in mind
