Waste Logistics Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Together with your group management, you control the operational daily routine of personnel and deployment planning, performance and documentation and cooperation with other internal and external partners. You lead your team to excellent services – through targeted personnel management, careful selection and continuous development. In regular exchange with executives at the same level, you actively shape operational and strategic topics and report directly to the management of the waste logistics business unit. In cooperation with the specialist departments, you will develop projects for the future and drive forward technical and organizational innovations. With your strong personality, you make necessary decisions responsibly and solution-oriented. In the winter service, you participate in a rolling system of readiness and act as a responsible person for the whole of Hamburg if necessary.

You have completed studies (e.g. in the fields of logistics, circulatory and waste management, industrial engineering or business) or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience in the disciplinary leadership of superiors and industrial workers and ideally also operational experiences from waste management. You understand to promote and demand your team. Your communication strength and conflictability are particularly distinguished. With empathy and hands-on mentality, you will delight others, pursue your goals with stamina and meet the right sound at all levels. You keep the business overview and are experienced in project work and in the handling of modern IT systems as well as communication and collaboration tools. A class B driving licence completes your profile.
