Area Manager (m/f/d)

After a comprehensive incorporation, you take over the independent supervision of a defined sales area. You strategically plan and analyze the delivery requirements and implement measures for the acquisition, recovery and binding of delivery personnel together with the delivery marketing. As a central contact person for our contractors, you conduct personal and recruitment talks. You shall ensure that the delivery planning is provided with suitable delivery personnel at any time. You ensure consistently high delivery quality for newspapers, letters and other products. You serve our subscribers on site, process complaints and take special tasks if necessary. In the day-to-day business, you work closely with the indoor service and ensure a continuous exchange of information.

You have completed vocational training. You are safe in handling MS Office; SharePoint knowledge is advantageous. Knowledge of SAP and English skills are desirable. You are characterized by a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner of operation. Changes and new projects are open to you. Through your positive radiance, you can motivate and inspire people. Experience in the field of employee management and development will also help you. You are familiar with operating key figures and thinking and acting entrepreneurial. Communication strength, customer orientation and enforcement capability are your distinguishing features.
