In your 12-month rotation-based trainee program, you will get to know the company. Become part of our team ''Individual Properties'' within the ''Real Estate Valuation'' division, which is responsible for the real estate assessment in Germany of all financing objects and projects under the risk assessment, collateral assessment and the Pfandbrief business. We are close to sales and an important pillar in the value chain of credit decision or Credit check. In addition to the determination of the market value and the borrowing value, our multi-layered spectrum also includes consulting our bank-internal clients: from retail, via mid-cap to large-cap. In addition, we analyze real estate markets, observe market trends and try to constantly improve with process optimization. Always in line with existing Regulatorics (like EBA-GLOM, BelWertV, etc.) Our expert's activities are based on the interaction of knowledge, experience and personal impressions gained during the visit.

Position type: Full-time Our 12-month trainee program in the Real Estate Valuation area with Homebase in Berlin offers you an attractive career start and is tailor-made to you according to your previous knowledge. When you go through different stations and through “Learning by Doing” you grow with your evaluation tasks from the detached house to the shopping center: Compilation of expert opinions on the determination of market and occupancy values for properties located in the country Learning the basics of real estate valuation, in particular the German yield value method Individual rotations to adjacent teams of the bank such as other locations of Real Estate Valuation, portfolio assessment, real estate financing and sales Various and holistic insights into the tasks as real estate experts:in - close to market events and current market developments (m/w/d, HypZert F)
