Tax clerk as training coordinator (m/f/d)

Educational role & responsibility You are a central part of our trainer team and train up to 20 trainees in the medium term together with your colleagues. You will accompany your professional and personal development in everyday business. Time for training & support You work closely with clients, and at the same time you have sufficient time space to take care of our trainees and to support them in everyday life. Special mandate work You process annual accounts, financial accounting and tax returns on your own responsibility and take over the audit of tax decisions. Tax issues & expertise You're working on varied tax cases, developing practical solutions and bringing your professional expertise into mandate work.

Education & expertise You have a completed training as a tax specialist (m/w/x) and have very good knowledge of tax law. Enthusiast & role model function You burn for your profession and can authentically pass on your professional and human enthusiasm to trainees. Client contact & communication You have a pleasure in personal exchange with clients, will surely appear and communicate clearly and at eye level. Working methods and team spirit You work proactively, you're a real team player, and you'll also address complex questions creatively and solution-oriented. Development and understanding of training You want to continuously develop and at the same time accompany, promote and strengthen your trainees professionally and personally.
