Practical instructor (m/f/d)

As a practical guide (m/w/d), you accompany and support our trainees in their practical training and in their professional and personal development. At the same time, you will participate in the further development of our practical training. Practical instructions: Planning, implementation and documentation of practical instruction units in stationary care. Training guidance: implementation of reflection, assessment and development talks as well as individual support and promotion of our trainees during their practical training. Competence training: imparting the competences enshrined in the nursing professions law and promoting a professionally sound practical training. Training concepts: participation in the further development of our practical training and active introduction of own ideas. Collaboration: Close cooperation with all colleagues involved in the training to successfully accompany our trainees.

Your profile: Qualification: Completed training as a nurse (m/w/d) as well as a completed training on the practical instructions. professional experience: at least two years of professional experience as a nurse; Experience in practical instructions is desirable. Communication: Joy in knowledge transfer and an appreciation and clear communication in dealing with trainees. Good rhetorical skills are beneficial. Working methods: Structured, independent and responsible working methods and good IT skills. Personality: team orientation, flexibility, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for accompanying trainees on their way to nursing skills professionally and personally.

Framework conditions: Place of use: Rethen, Hahne Residenz 'Rethen an der Leine'. Hours: part-time with 25 hours per week. Type of contract: Unlimited. Working hours: Mostly Monday to Friday in early service. Occasional late service operations are possible. Weekend services are not included. Payment: For a weekly working time of 25 hours, the monthly gross salary is between € 2.914.50 and € 3.031.95, depending on the experience.
