In this responsible position, you take care and further development of our national tax compliance management system and ensure compliance with tax requirements. With your expertise, you contribute significantly to making our processes safe and transparent.

You take care and further development of the national tax compliance management system, analyze taxly relevant facts, consider legal requirements and coordinate cooperation with internal compliance officers Also develop and maintain control mechanisms to minimise tax risks and ensure the correct accounting coverage and complete documentation of tax-relevant transactions You create and update training materials and conduct independent training in Tax Compliance In addition, advise and check the public utility from a tax perspective in compliance with statutory and statutory requirements and develop and implement guidelines to ensure compliance with non-profit and regulatory standards You advise on tax obligations and benefits in international activities, such as third-party projects, EU tenders and cooperations Participation in the creation of corporate tax and commercial tax returns as well as independent processing of tax reporting obligations (e.g. §50a EStG, Künstlersozialkasse) You request tax certificates from authorities and communicate independently with external bodies

You have completed academic studies with a tax or legal focus (including 1st and 2nd state exams) or equivalent skills and experience Long-term professional experience in national tax law as well as in a non-profit-making environment. Additional knowledge of international tax law is advantageous You also have a strong ability to analyze complex tax issues and bring high IT affinity with You are characterized by very good communication capability, address-oriented expression and sensitivity for different information needs Knowledge of SAP and MS Office as well as knowledge of English in word and writing complete your profile
