Join now as HR Service Partner (m/w/d) for 25 - 35 hours per week at our Wedel site: Pay billing with precision: Preparation, implementation and verification of the monthly pay bill in the team taking into account the current tax, social insurance and labour legislation Wage tax expert: about all questions about wage tax matters Working in focus: Advising employees and managers in all topics relevant to remuneration (e.g. pay billing, time recording, part-time, parental leave or pension provision) Regulatory expert: Implementation of operational and administrative activities as part of the entire employee lifecycle of our employees Interface coordinator: settlement of certifying and reporting and correspondence with offices, health insurance companies, insurance companies and authorities Document professional: Careful creation, adaptation and administration of all relevant documents – from work contracts to contract allowances to qualified certificates.

Completed commercial vocational training with multiannual professional experience in pay accounting in the wage and salary sector or comparable qualification Good knowledge in dealing with collective agreements Current knowledge of pay tax and social security law Secure handling of MS Office and personal accounting software Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English desirable Independent, independent and service-oriented work
