Architecture planning and development of construction projects from the perspective of sustainability Development of the timely planning from the preliminary draft, the execution planning to the detailed planning Head of our LP 1 to 7 projects Creation of factory-specific performance directories Determination and evaluation of construction costs based on the created performance directories Cooperation with internal and external project teams

Complete architectural studies Multiannual professional experience in the planning and project management of demanding building projects, ideally in the public sector or in research, laboratory or hospital construction Experience in LP 8 of advantage Knowledge of tendering programmes IT affinity, knowledge in AutoCAD (2D) and in Revit (3D) VOB, HOAI and procurement law Teamability and Communication Strength Responsibility Structured operation Excellent German knowledge
