BIM coordinator – point structures (m/f/d)

On the AG side, you are responsible for the integrated BIM coordination in exciting local network construction projects and thereby create added value for the project management and specialist experts. Through training, individual support and continuous support, you can empower the network construction or construction project team in dealing with BIM. To ensure that all participants have the necessary know-how to raise added value and potential of working methodology. You take over the professional leadership of external, BIM-specific project partners and coordinate them during the planning and construction phase. You guarantee quality on the contractual basis, are responsible for the flow of information in and out of the overall model and ensure compliance with all project-specific and company-wide BIM standards and requirements through regular checks. In addition, you support CDE management in the administration of the company profile, take over the technical system administration of the CDE in network construction and construction projects and enable BIM management to take over the project administration independently while you are always on the side of it.

You have well-founded experience in implementing construction or infrastructure projects – ideally in network construction – and have very good knowledge of BIM-specific coordination, authoring and testing tools (primarily: Dalux and Autodesk products). Practice in the effective management and motivation of internal and external project teams in planning and execution projects You are as well as organizational talent and know-how in knowledge transfer. Thanks to your moderation and interface competence, you can promote interdisciplinary cooperation and ensure that information flows in a targeted manner. You quickly identify relationships in complex project situations and develop structured, practical solutions to optimize processes and results.
