What awaits you as a trainee • A customised program of 18-24 months. • Rotation of up to 6 months that will give you insights into the most exciting financial areas. • 1-2 rotations abroad at one of our global locations, for example in the USA, Poland or the Philippines. • From the very beginning, you enter your own projects. • You learn how the financial department of a global company works – from strategic decisions to operational processes. • Start in autumn 2026. What you bring • You have a master's degree (or equivalent degree) in economics or data science with a strong focus on finance – and your academic achievements are above average. • You have already gained practical experience through at least two challenging internships or student work activities in the financial environment. • You have no more than 2–3 years of professional experience (without internships) and are therefore ideal for a university graduate program. • You have expanded your horizon by staying abroad for at least three months or more – whether through studies, internships or the like. • You are flexible and mobile during the program, ready to explore new locations and opportunities – with the clear goal of building an international career. • You speak fluent English and can communicate in German; Depending on the language level, we support you with additional German courses. • You like to work with figures, data and facts, and your analytical thinking helps you understand complex information. • You are a technology affinity, go safely with AI tools and master MS Office, especially Excel. • You show loadability in fast-paced, demanding environments – stay focused, adaptable and solution-oriented.
