Team Leader Controlling (m/w/d) with prospects

As part of the further professionalisation of the financial organization, we are looking for an experienced leader as a team leader controlling (m/w/d) with the clear perspective of taking over the financial management in the medium term. In this key position, you take over the leadership of a small, dedicated controlling team and contribute significantly to the further development of the control instruments as well as to the improvement of the decision bases. They work closely and trustfully with the management and actively contribute to the design and optimisation of processes. Their task ranges from day-to-day operations to the strategic development of the controlling. Responsibility for operational and strategic controlling including budget planning, forecasting and deviation analyses Further development of controlling instruments and reporting in close cooperation with the management Construction and optimization of control and key number systems Economic analysis and ad hoc evaluations to support business decisions Close cooperation with adjacent departments such as production, sales and finance Leadership and further development of a small controlling team (2 employees) Support for cross-departmental projects, e.g. as part of ERP implementation

Complete business studies with a focus on controlling, finance or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in controlling, ideally in a medium-sized company in the manufacturing industry Funded knowledge of cost accounting, financial planning, budgeting and reporting Embossed analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach High self-initiative, communication strength and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation First leadership experience or strong willingness to take over leadership responsibility
