Performing cleaning work in indoor and outdoor areas according to the specified cleaning plan and the hygienic standards Maintenance and cleaning of floors, windows and surfaces using suitable detergents and appliances Reporting of damages, contaminations or incidents to the competent body for prompt correction Execution of special cleaning such as basic cleaning, final cleaning or special seasonal tasks Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the cleaning depot, including care and control of cleaning utensils

A completed vocational training or craft skills – cross-comers are also welcome Good German knowledge Reliability, team spirit and high self-motivation A strong awareness of order and cleanliness A helpful and friendly handling of customers, tenants and colleagues The ability to plan and prioritize tasks independently A driving licence of class B would be advantageous, but is not absolutely necessary
