Multiannual professional experience in IT operations and Infrastructure environment Experience in a (deputy) leadership role or as a senior with clear leadership responsibility Found experience in managing IT projects (classical and/or agile) Very good understanding of IT service and operating processes; ITIL knowledge is advantageous Structured, self-sponsored operation as well as pronounced communication and prioritization capability Very good knowledge of German; English knowledge depending on the field of application
