On behalf of an internationally established company, we are exclusively looking for a management personality (m/w/d) for the management of a boutique in the field of high-quality consumer goods. In this responsible position, you take over the operational and personnel management of a small team and contribute significantly to providing customers with the highest level of shopping experience.

No (RKW/129073) You guide, develop and motivate your team in the daily business and make sure that a smooth run in the store is guaranteed You actively support sales and provide a special customer experience with competent advice. You train employees, promote their further development and thus contribute to the achievement of the common sales objectives You are responsible for inventory management and ensure that goods availability and reorders are always in line with the processes You pay attention to an appealing presentation of goods that meets brand standards You take over the operational planning of your team taking into account revenue developments, seasonal features and individual absences

You have first management experience in retail, such as branch management, department management or assistant store manager You bring a pronounced hands-on mentality and combine entrepreneurial thinking with efficient cost control A well-kept, sovereign appearance is for you, of course, you create a positive and unforgettable shopping experience for customers: Organizational skills, self-initiative and resilience Flexibility in terms of working hours, especially on Saturdays, we presuppose.Very good German skills and good English skills complete your profile
