Project manager / process manager with a focus on optimization (m/f/d)

With a clear focus on results and performance, you will create innovative impulses for the strategic orientation of our Contract and Automobile divisions – you will lead extensive optimization projects at our Germany-wide logistics locations: Analyze: You analyze the status quo of our operating locations using the value flow and identify optimization potentials. Plans: With design will, you will derive concrete optimization measures, proceed in coordination with the operational controllers and jointly undertake the economic assessment and prioritization. Implementation: You implement these measures independently within the framework of optimization and follow-up projects to increase efficiency. Developing further: Impressively ensure that methods and tools are not only constantly developed, but also anchored in the company – for example through training.

Your skills, skills and qualifications for the next career step: Practice: extensive experience in the design, analysis and optimization of logistics concepts and processes as well as in the implementation and management of projects Methods: deep understanding of operational processes and of Lean Six Sigma / DMAIC methodology, ideally point of contact with time data determination methods, MTM, REFA and/or process modeling (BPMN 2.0) Persuasiveness & Team spirit: the secure ability to communicate with different stakeholders at eye level, sovereign, binding and solution-oriented – in the project, in negotiation, conflict situation or in continuous change management Curiosity & enthusiasm: willingness to learn, motivating will for change, contagious initiative, openness for new, creativity Flexibility: desire and capacity to accompany projects at different locations in the federal territory Language: fluent German in word and writing as well as good English skills
