For a complex supply project in Nauen / OT mountains, a management force is sought which brings both experience in work with people with difficulty and multiple impairments as well as in psychosocial work. As an area manager, you work with a team of 6 employees / professionals.

You lead and coordinate a team of 6 employees You accompany adult people with impairments in all aspects of everyday management and leisure Together with your clients, you develop their support goals and work in a team to implement and create necessary conditions. You co-operate with judicially appointed supervisors, authorities, relatives, contact persons in the system of medical, psychiatric and therapeutic care as well as other service providers (WfbM, nursing services, daycare facilities, etc.) You can present/express your concerns in a sound and situation-appropriate manner and present them in a professional manner You document your work independently and also write reports as the basis of cooperation and order allocation if necessary

Study of social work or completed vocational training (sick care, old care, medical education, ergotherapy), state recognition Knowledge and professional experience in nursing Car driver license (vehicles for service trips are available) Own responsibility, self-organisation and reliability Ability and joy at work in a small team and in 1:1 support Core working time approx. 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (no shift service), rarely also weekend or night services (representation)
