As Senior Enterprise Solution Architect (m/w) you create the technological foundations to enable our teams to work together efficiently worldwide, scale processes and successfully implement digital innovations. You connect business and IT, translate complex requirements into future-oriented solutions and ensure that central platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 seamlessly merge. Your influence extends far beyond individual systems: you shape the architectural decisions that shape our global organization in the long term, support international transformation programs and create standards that enable growth, efficiency and innovation. Your new responsibility: Enterprise Architecture & Strategy Definition and further development of the architecture roadmap for our enterprise application ecosystem. Ensure that solutions match business objectives, security standards and governance principles. Drive technology decisions to support scalability, innovation and long-term business growth. Continuous improvement of our entire IT landscape.

Solution Design & Integration Development of end-to-end solutions for CRM, ERP, finance, HR and other key business areas. Head of Architecture Initiatives around Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP and related platforms. Definition of integration strategies, APIs, data flows and middleware solutions. Ensuring a seamless interaction of the company systems while maintaining high quality and performance.

Digital Transformation Take over architectural responsibility for large global transformation programs. Support for ERP and CRM inputs, system extensions and M&A integrations. Assessment and introduction of new technologies, including cloud services, AI and automation solutions. Promoting modernisation and standardization within the enterprise application landscape.

Stakeholder Management Close cooperation with stakeholders from sales, finance, HR, operations and corporate functions. Translation of business requirements in sustainable and scalable technical solutions. Advice as a trusted contact for architectural decisions. Promoting cooperation between departments and IT teams to successfully implement projects.

Your profile: Complete study of computer science, business informatics, information systems or a comparable subject area.

Multiannual professional experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture or a comparable senior IT role.

Several years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or a comparable senior IT role.

Knowledge in two of the following platforms: SAP S/4HANA

Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud)

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Detectional experience in the design and integration of enterprise applications in complex environments.

Very good understanding of APIs, middleware technologies, cloud platforms and integration architectures.

Experience in cooperation with cross-functional stakeholders and in dealing with competing priorities.

Comprehensive knowledge of continuous business processes such as: Lead-to-Cash

Record-to-report

Excellent analytical skills as well as very good communication and stakeholder management skills.

German and English knowledge (at least level C1).

Advantage UCITS or comparable architecture certification.

Certifications by Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft or Cloud providers.

Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services or similar solutions.

Knowledge of modern cloud architectures, data platforms, AI and automation technologies.

Experience in supporting large-scale transformation programs or M&A integrations.

Professional experience in international or matrix organisations.
