Oncology Specialist Nurse (m/f/d)

You inform, advise and train the patients and their relatives in all questions affecting the care. You contribute to ensuring and controlling the quality of care at station. The participation in ensuring care-related care in dismissal and settlement planning in the domestic environment and/or in stationary care facilities is your responsibility, taking into account oncological aspects. The planning, organization and implementation of oncological care visas is also one of your tasks. Implement and run care plans. You work with interdisciplinary, patient-related case meetings and conferences. You help to create and update process instructions concerning oncological care. You provide support in the incorporation of new employees and in the guidance of participants in oncology. The support of our oncological centers completes your task.

You have completed vocational training as a nursing specialist or Senior Consultant (m/w/d) You bring team spirit and an open minded, communicative personality. In dealing with patients and treatment partners you are facing. You have an independent working style and are an organizational institution. Joy in working as a health service provider in the field of oncological patients and pain management with holistic orientation is of course for you. You are willing to cooperate with the professional groups involved. High commitment and pronounced patient orientation complete your profile.
