The training as a real estate businessman/woman offers you an exciting entry into the versatile world of real estate management. You learn how to professionally supervise real estate, communicate with customers and think economically. You get insights into different areas and work actively from the start. A well-founded training with perspective awaits you. You analyze locations and develop usage and construction concepts You accompany small and larger construction projects and maintenance measures You manage real estate from own and foreign property and are in contact with tenants, landlords, owners, service providers and public administration You check payment processes and get to know general administrative tasks

Fachabitur or Abitur, with good grades in mathematics and German Negotiating skills and understanding of numbers Communication strength, good exhaustion and team capacity Good understanding and self-employment

Your training lasts three years. During your training, you are going through our location development as well as our real estate management. The vocational training course takes place in block lessons at the EBZ Academy in Bochum: A week of school changes with three weeks of practice in operation.
