Junior Project Manager Integrated Product Support (m/f/d)

You conduct the Integrated Product Support subproject in the sales phase and you are responsible for the Bid Management. You are the first bid-specific templates to document all Bid activities such as offer specification, volume structure and knowledge management. You can improve the standardization by opting for project structure plans, work packages, as well as volume frames and high-speed curves. You transfer requirements to the intended tool, analyzes stakeholder requirements and defines the delivery/performance range in SSS, SSDD and SOW. You develop and update the project governance and the project matrix to secure communication between IPS and projects. You prepare contributions and presentations of the IPS subproject for internal and external stakeholders. You coordinate the departments, establish transparent tasks and work management and ensure compliance with all deadline obligations.

You have a successfully completed technical or economic study and ideally a technician training (m/w/d) as well as several years of relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification. You are safe to use project management methods and, if possible, you have a PM certification (classical or agile). You know the basic features of contract management. You have previous knowledge in the field of IPS such as logistic data, technical documentation, training and spare parts. Ideally, you have experience in Sales- & Bid-Management, Requirements Management or Systems Engineering. You are communicative, team-oriented and actively contributes your team skills to the joint success. You can quickly adjust to different stakeholders and take them into account.
