Head of Gerontopsychiatry (inpatient long-term care) (m/f/d)

You run a rontopsychiatian living area professional, organizational and human. You provide reliable structures and security for people with rontopsychiatric disease images in the field of protection, self-determination and legal requirements. You implement quality standards and develop rontopsychiatric care on the living area actively and together with your team. You promote non-medical measures, biography, validation and relationship design. You organize the workflows and are responsible for an appropriate and co-worker-oriented personnel deployment planning, taking into account economic aspects. You ensure the flow of information in the living area and keep regular team meetings. You coordinate the processes on the living area with all in- and external service providers.

completed vocational training as a nursing professional, nursing or a comparable qualification ideally a completed qualification as a manager with at least 460 hours or more years of professional experience in a senior function rontopsychiatric additional qualification desirable but not absolutely necessary a clear, esteeming attitude towards people with dementia and rontopsychiatric support needs and their relatives Joy of clear and cooperative leadership, guidance and further development of employees A sense of responsibility in the field of protection, self-determination and legal requirements

You will receive a basic fee with annual adjustment according to our operating agreement, a binding annual special payment, an additional pension with employer grant (VBL) as well as 30 days holiday year for recovery, compensation and new energy!
