We are looking for a consultant (m/w/d) for digital pricing that strengthens our team in the introduction and operation of new IT solutions in our Lidl and Kaufland branches. In this role, you are a key interface that solves technical challenges and ensures the smooth operation of the digital price award as well as constantly evolving.

Your tasks

• Agile project work: As a true team player, you are an integral part of our agile teams. You control the introduction of digital pricing solutions in the branches, plan and accompany the sprints and take the technical vote to achieve the common project goals.
• Flexible management: You keep an overview to advance several topics efficiently and quickly adapt to short-term changes.
• Zero Downtime: You make sure that software updates and system changes can be performed without interrupting the ongoing branch operation. You develop concepts for trouble-free operation.
• Responsibility and "You build it, you run it": With your team you take responsibility for the developed solutions – from implementation to operation. You live the motto “You build it, you run it!”.
• Technical dependencies and vision: You recognize technical dependencies early and think forward to identify and solve potential challenges and risks.

Your profile

• You have experience in agile project work and rollout management of IT solutions. Ideally, you bring an enthusiasm for trading and understand the processes in retail.
• Knowledge of the technology of the Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) is of great advantage for this position.
• You understand that complex technical issues are easy to communicate and have a strong problem-solving competence.
• An independent, structured way of working and, above all, a strong team spirit are yours. You are someone who focuses on the success of the whole group.
• You speak German and English to communicate successfully in international, agile teams.
• You are ready to travel occasionally to our branches.
