You love taking responsibility and want to not only accompany construction projects, but design them? As a project manager (m/w/d), you take over the key role of us – and shape demanding building projects from scratch.

Your tasks in detail:

Responsibility: Customer support: The qualified contractors and the coordination with authorities and specialist engineers are in your hands. Team leadership: You lead the interdisciplinary project team and manage innovative project processes together as a team Negotiations: The tendering and awarding activities, as well as the negotiation and commissioning of post-contracting services are coordinated by you. Coordination capacity: You ensure the turnkey construction and the final construction acceptance

Qualified studies: You have a successfully completed study of civil engineering, architecture or industrial engineering (construction). Practical experience: You already have several years of experience in the realization of turnkey commercial properties. Knowledge: You bring knowledge in the fields of calculation, VOB, execution planning, contracting and construction. Soft Skills: You are characterized by high communication and team skills and at the same time have enforcement strength and negotiation skills.
