Storyline

Type of employment: Full time

You welcome our guests personally, perform check-ins and support the front office team at check-outs. During the entire stay, our guests are individually and attentive – especially VIPs and guests with special wishes. You provide competent advice on transport connections, sights, museums, theatres, musicals, restaurants and the diverse offers of our hotel. You can organize and book flights, train trips, transfers, car hire, restaurant visits and tickets for events. As part of the concierge tasks, you will coordinate and accompany the work of our hotel operators, carmasters, pages and trainees. You maintain the Concierge Organizer and document guest wishes, reservations and special requests carefully and reliably. You always keep the entrance area in view and pay attention to order, cleanliness and a representative appearance of the traffic hall. You will ensure a complete mise en place in the concierge and reception areas at any time. You support the processing of mail and parcels, delivery and the management of guest safes and document all relevant processes in the logbook. You actively present to our guests the hotel offers – from our restaurants and bars to spa, fitness and events – and contribute to the upselling through targeted recommendations. You are actively involved in projects, process optimizations and cross-departmental initiatives. You support the incorporation and training of new employees, trainees and trainees in the concierge and front office sector.

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; other foreign languages of advantage. Complete training in hotel or comparable qualification. Excellent knowledge of the hotel, outlets, spa and fitness facilities, business center and internal processes. Knowledge of OPERA Cloud, ALICE, OpenTable, Book4Time and Royal Service Program. Found experience in the Concierge or Front Office area, in particular guest care and service coordination. Safe handling of demanding guests and professional complaint management. Exemplary service orientation, professionalism and hosting. Friendly, safe and well-kept appearance. Representative communication and organizational competence. Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation. Loadability, flexibility and high social competence. Engagement and self-initiative in the optimization of processes and service quality.

Unlimited employment contract

Monthly over-tariff compensation for the position of the concierge of 2.955,00€ gross at a full-time position. Partial calculation for parttime employment.

A full 13th gross monthly salary as Christmas money from the statutory 1st year of service (entry between 01.01. and 30.06.)

Night allowances of 15% of gross hourly wages from the 1st hour of night work between 24.00 and 07.00

Onboarding bonus of 1,000,00€ for a first employee. 500,00€ after successful completion of the trial period (6 months) and another 500,00€ after a year of service (12 months) in an unannounced employment relationship.
