Own implementation of the entire bill of remuneration with the associated administrative tasks in compliance with labour, tax and social insurance regulations Advice and support of employees on all questions relating to payment accounting Processing of entry and exits, recording master and movement data Preparation of the settlement of foreign employees Reporting and certification Time management with shift accounting Monthly and annual accounts Care of the bAV Personal control

Completed commercial training with additional qualification in pay billing, e.g. as audited pay calculator Multiannual experience in payment accounting Legal knowledge, in particular tax and social security law Knowledge in the field of time management / working time management Experience in the Ectool billing program High IT affinity, very good MS Office knowledge Communication and team skills Structured, precise and independent operation with high reliability, certainty and trustworthiness in handling sensitive data Representative initiative
