Work educator / trainer (f/m/d) in the craft sector

A living coexistence of the generations is the heart of the Anna Haag multigeneration house. Our bright, modern building combines a senior centre, an educational centre and a daycare centre. Children, adolescents, adults and seniors form a lively community, as in a ''big family''. Every day in the multi-generation house is colorful, varied and rarely boring – here it is possible to work well! Our team Education Centre is looking forward to you (m/d) in the craft sector in full or part-time (from 70 per cent) Our educational establishment is embedded in the overall performance of our multigeneration house. We offer young people with a need for support possibilities of professional orientation and training. Multi-professional teams from trainers, social pedagogues, teachers and psychologists work closely together to support young people in the best possible way. Our goal is the subsequent integration into the general labour market. In the field of artisanal and technical work, young people are brought to the training ''specialists for building and environmental services''. As other service providers, we also qualify young adults in the vocational training sector for aid activities in craft occupations. We are successful when our young people stand on their own legs in the (vocational) life.

They are part of a multi-professional team and take the guidance of our participants in vocational preparation and training. They carry out projects for the imparting of basic craft skills and guide the participants in the associated fields of work (e.g. wood, house technology, metal technology, garden and plant care). They accompany and instruct the participants both in an external training workshop and in the ongoing operation of our multigeneration house.

They have a completed training for the worker or are trainers with a craft focus. In the case of professional experience, we are open to applications from Ergotherapeut or Heilerziehungspfleger. They inspire young people for craft activities and are able to provide practical content in a targeted manner. Ideally, you have been able to gain first experience in work with low-skilled and low-performance young people. They are responsible and empathic, respectful with young people and support them with commitment in their learning and development process.
