Your tasks...

• Organization and control of the production area of welding
• Classification and professional management of employees in the welding team
• Coordination of daily production in coordination with work preparation and production planning
• Ensuring quality, timeliness and efficiency
• Maintenance and monitoring of welding systems (IG, robots), laser welding robots
• Optimization of processes for productivity and process safety
• Support for device construction and manufacturing improvements
• Cooperation with external welding supervision and quality assurance

Your profile...

• completed training in the metal sector (e.g. metal technology, welding technology, construction mechanics)
• Continuing training for welding technicians, welding masters or comparable qualification desirable
• Multiannual professional experience in welding (IG)
• Experience in leadership of teams or willingness to take responsibility
• knowledge of welding technology standards and quality requirements
• Experience in handling welding robots of advantage
• Structured, enforceable and responsible procedures
• Secure handling of MS Office and ideally ERP systems
