Design of technical documentation (operating and assembly instructions) in German and English Creation and maintenance of templates and text blocks for different types of documents Active monitoring of the conversion to electronic provision of documentation Active cooperation in the care and development of our DocEx document management system Coordination of translation of created instructions into other languages Creation and maintenance of company terminology Support for other departments when reaching terminology and text consistency, e.g. in the operating programs for machines and materials

Qualification as a technical editor about studies or equivalent training Multiannual professional experience as editor in technical documentation Very good English skills in word and writing Very good knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe's standard software and ideally good knowledge of FrameMaker and SAP and experience of working in a editorial system Good knowledge of the requirements of the EU Machinery Regulation on technical documentation Embossed understanding of technology and editorial work Structured and independent work in the team Good interdepartmental and locational communication skills
